For a customer specialized in the textile industry, Carpanelli Electric Motors designed and created a tailor-made electric motor. A Vector Motor with standard casing for the control of textile machines (creels).

These are MVS series motors with long sliding shafts, on which beams are mounted for pulling the wire from the creels. The creel is a machine used in the textile industry for loading yarn onto a warping machine, i.e. the machine that winds multiple threads of 24-48-72 spools.
This is where our Carpanelli Electric Motor comes into play: vector motor with standard round casing (MVS), with vector winding and 100 Hz frequency. A special solid iron rotor, i.e. the torque or slip motor. This is to adjust the tension of the spool threads.
We have also created the vector motor with square casing (MVC) for small sizes.
